R. Slonskis’ company “Romasas” is implementing the project “Romualdas Slonskis’ enterprise “Romasas” export development and promotion of competitiveness”.
The project is partially funded by the European Regional Development Fund. Implementation of the 2007-2013 Economic Development Action Programme of the second stage of priority for improving business productivity and to improve the business environment which means “new opportunities”. The main objective of the project – R. Slonskis’ enterprise “Romasas” export development and promotion of competitiveness in foreign markets. This project aims to expand business activities into new foreign markets, and increase awareness of the company’s name by establishing cooperative relations with the others in the same sector or related enterprises.
The project started in May of 2011.
EXPOSITION
RIGA FOOD 2010
R. Slonskis’ company “Romasas” has tried active marketing, so in 2010 we participated in the “Riga Food” exhibition, which aimed to achieve better results by increasing sales turnover and export volume. During the exhibition we were able not only to show “Romasas” name certified products, Bestseller models, but also exclusive individual orders. By communicating with the exhibition visitors we could better understand customers, and know what they are looking for. So the company evaluated the clients met in exhibition, gave maximum attention to performance of agreements. The way to success most be near those whom we serve.
By having participation in exhibitions in the future, we hope to increase labor productivity, turnover and exports.

RIGA FOOD 2011
R. Slonskis’ company “Romasas” in order to achieve the objectives participate in “Riga Food 2011″ exhibition. This year in “Riga Food 2011″ exhibition we showed companies “Romasas” a new stand which was renewed of European Union funds. The most visitors attention attracted D2 new model of scales. It is water-proof scales. We demonstrated how they work in wet environments.
By participating in the exhibition we met with previous partners, and established contacts with new potential customers. In advance with the Lithuanian Innovation Centre was planned meetings were effective. We are pleased with the new business relationship.
